Temp Administration and Receptionists

Sawyer James Recruitment is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for temporary administration and reception staff.  Casual and contract roles with our clients range in duration from 1 week to 6 months.  Roles are based around the central Perth metro area.

Key duties include:

  • Administration – filing, data entry, document management
  • Reception – greeting clients, taking phone calls, arranging meeting rooms
  • Assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Entering invoices
  • General office administration

To be considered for these opportunities you will have:

  • Proven recent administration or receptionist experience in similar roles
  • Sound skills across the MS office suite
  • Experience using databases and systems
  • Excellent time management and attendance
  • A professional attitude and friendly demeanour
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Recent (within three months) police clearance
  • Two recent referees who can be contacted by phone
