Sawyer James Recruitment is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for temporary administration and reception staff. Casual and contract roles with our clients range in duration from 1 week to 6 months. Roles are based around the central Perth metro area.
Key duties include:
- Administration – filing, data entry, document management
- Reception – greeting clients, taking phone calls, arranging meeting rooms
- Assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Entering invoices
- General office administration
To be considered for these opportunities you will have:
- Proven recent administration or receptionist experience in similar roles
- Sound skills across the MS office suite
- Experience using databases and systems
- Excellent time management and attendance
- A professional attitude and friendly demeanour
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Recent (within three months) police clearance
- Two recent referees who can be contacted by phone
